Warranties:

New part warranties vary from 90-days to 1 year depending on the part. All warranties are voided if part is opened or disassembled without permission and part cannot be refunded once disassembled. New part warranties will be noted on invoice at time of purchase.

Rebuilt part warranties are 90 days unless noted otherwise. All warranties are voided if part is opened or disassembled without permission and part cannot be refunded once disassembled.

Used part warranties are 30 days unless noted otherwise. All warranties are voided if part is opened or disassembled without permission and part cannot be refunded once disassembled.

Warranty Procedures

When a suspected warranty problem occurs, contact us as soon as possible and ask for an Administrator who will give you further instructions as to how to proceed… DO NOT repair or disassemble the product without prior authorization by the Cajun Equipment Parts Administrator or you will void the warranty. You will be asked to provide the following details of the problem including:

-Product Part Number
-Description of the problem or failure
-Product Serial Number (engines & transmissions only)
-Installation date
-Verification of purchase

If you are asked to return the part for analysis, you will be issued a Warranty Return Authorization number that must be clearly attached to either the part or the shipping container. Failure to do so will delay processing and may result in denial of your claim.

In many cases the problem may be solved without having to return the product or even remove it. If we believe this is possible, we will provide the necessary parts and authorize the necessary labor to replace/repair the failed remanufactured component according to our labor reimbursement policy. However, Cajun Equipment Parts, must authorize any type of repair, before any work is done.

If the failed component must be returned to for inspection, once the failed component is analyzed, you will be informed of our findings within 30 days of its receipt. If the problem is found to be a failure in material or workmanship, you will be issued credit/refund or replacement part at no extra charge. If we believe that the failure was not warrantable and caused due to other reasons, you will be contacted by to explain our inspection results and disposition of the failed component.

Return Policy:

-All parts are guaranteed to fit and work on your machine for the length of the warranty. If a part does not work due to material or workmanship, or fit, an exchange or return of part is 100% guaranteed.

-All parts need to be inspected for quality and usability before installation.

-All parts are non-refundable after 30 days of purchase if there are no issues with the part.

-Cores cannot be returned or credited after 30 days unless noted otherwise.

Ordering the wrong parts may result in a 20% restock fee, so please verify your part number, casting number and/or serial number of your machine before ordering.
