Can I return an unused part?
Yes. You may return any unused part within 30 days for a full credit (shipping excluded).
No returns after 30 days. If we ship the incorrect part, we will ship the correct part and pay standard ground shipping for the replacement and for the return.
How will my parts be shipped?
Always standard ground or freight unless requested otherwise. However, we do not refund priority shipping under any circumstances. Part numbers and addresses need to be verified before ordering. Errors in shipping by carriers must be addressed directly with the carriers. We are not responsible for shipping errors or damaged parts by the carrier. However, damaged parts during transit will be replaced at no extra charge.
Do we match prices of other dealers?
Sometimes we can, but not always. We have a select list of suppliers based on high quality parts and great customer service so our pricing matches the quality and service we provide.
